Why We Started

Sarvprani Seva Foundation began with a simple act of compassion within our family. Around our home, cows and animals would often gather in search of food, care and safety. We started feeding them regularly without ever imagining that this small effort would one day become a lifelong mission dedicated to animal welfare and seva.

As time passed, we started witnessing painful situations around us — injured cows abandoned on roads, newborn calves left helpless, accident cases and vulnerable animals struggling without food, treatment or protection. These experiences deeply affected us and made us realize that these voiceless beings needed care, compassion and a safe place to survive.

Slowly, people in nearby areas began contacting us whenever they found injured or abandoned animals in need of urgent help. What initially started with feeding a few cows soon turned into rescuing, treating and sheltering animals who had nowhere else to go. With every life we helped, our sense of responsibility and commitment towards animal welfare became stronger.

Our family dedicated itself completely to this journey of compassion and seva. Over the years, we continued rescuing animals, arranging food, treatment and daily care while trying to provide them with safety and dignity. Our work in animal welfare has existed since around 2005–2006 through our earlier NGO efforts, and serving helpless lives gradually became an inseparable part of our lives.

One of the biggest challenges in our journey came when the land where our animals were sheltered was acquired, forcing us to relocate. We shifted our animals to rented land and rebuilt everything again from the beginning. In 2025, we re-registered ourselves as Sarvprani Seva Foundation so we could continue this mission with renewed hope and dedication despite financial struggles and the loss of many previous donors during relocation.

Today, we continue facing challenges related to food, shelter rent, medical care and maintaining a safe environment for the animals under our protection. Yet despite every difficulty, we remain committed to serving and protecting voiceless lives with compassion and responsibility.

We believe that nature has given every living being a purpose, and for humans, that purpose is humanity, kindness and compassion. Through our efforts, we hope to bring people together to protect animals, serve Gau Mata and create a safer and more compassionate world for every living being.

हमने यह सेवा क्यों शुरू की

सर्वप्राणी सेवा फाउंडेशन की शुरुआत हमारे परिवार की एक छोटी सी करुणा और सेवा की भावना से हुई। हमारे घर के आसपास अक्सर गायें और अन्य पशु भोजन, सुरक्षा और देखभाल की तलाश में बैठते थे। हमने उन्हें नियमित रूप से भोजन देना शुरू किया, बिना यह सोचे कि यही छोटा सा कदम एक दिन पशु सेवा और गौ सेवा के एक बड़े मिशन का रूप ले लेगा।

समय के साथ हमने अपने आसपास कई दर्दनाक स्थितियाँ देखीं — सड़कों पर घायल और बेसहारा गायें, छोड़े गए नवजात बछड़े, दुर्घटनाग्रस्त पशु और ऐसे अनेक बेजुबान जीव जो बिना भोजन, उपचार और सुरक्षा के संघर्ष कर रहे थे। इन परिस्थितियों ने हमें भीतर तक प्रभावित किया और हमें एहसास हुआ कि इन बेजुबान जीवों को भी प्रेम, देखभाल और सुरक्षित आश्रय की आवश्यकता है।

धीरे-धीरे आसपास के लोग भी घायल और जरूरतमंद पशुओं की सहायता के लिए हमसे संपर्क करने लगे। कुछ गायों को भोजन देने से शुरू हुई यह सेवा धीरे-धीरे पशुओं के बचाव, उपचार और आश्रय तक पहुँच गई। हर उस जीवन के साथ जिसे हम बचा सके, हमारी जिम्मेदारी और पशु सेवा के प्रति समर्पण और मजबूत होता गया।

हमारे पूरे परिवार ने इस सेवा और करुणा की यात्रा को अपना उद्देश्य बना लिया। वर्षों तक हमने पशुओं के लिए भोजन, उपचार, देखभाल और सुरक्षित वातावरण की व्यवस्था करने का प्रयास जारी रखा। हमारी पशु सेवा यात्रा लगभग वर्ष 2005–2006 से हमारे पुराने संगठन के माध्यम से शुरू हुई थी और धीरे-धीरे यह सेवा हमारे जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन गई।

हमारी यात्रा की सबसे बड़ी चुनौतियों में से एक तब आई जब वह भूमि, जहाँ हमारे पशु रहते थे, अधिग्रहित कर ली गई और हमें अपना स्थान बदलना पड़ा। इसके बाद हमने अपने पशुओं को किराये की भूमि पर स्थानांतरित किया और सब कुछ दोबारा शुरू किया। वर्ष 2025 में हमने स्वयं को सर्वप्राणी सेवा फाउंडेशन के रूप में पुनः पंजीकृत किया ताकि कठिन परिस्थितियों और आर्थिक संघर्षों के बावजूद हम अपनी सेवा जारी रख सकें।

आज भी हम भोजन, किराया, चिकित्सा और पशुओं की देखभाल जैसी अनेक चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहे हैं, लेकिन हर कठिनाई के बावजूद हम पूरी करुणा, जिम्मेदारी और समर्पण के साथ इन बेजुबान जीवों की सेवा में लगे हुए हैं।

हम मानते हैं कि प्रकृति ने हर जीव को एक उद्देश्य दिया है, और मनुष्य का सबसे बड़ा धर्म मानवता, दया और करुणा है। अपने प्रयासों के माध्यम से हम लोगों को एक साथ जोड़कर गौ माता और अन्य जरूरतमंद पशुओं की रक्षा तथा सेवा के लिए प्रेरित करना चाहते हैं, ताकि हर जीव के लिए एक अधिक सुरक्षित और दयालु संसार बनाया जा सके।
