After verification of the donation and submitted information, eligible donors will receive their 80G certificate via their registered email address. If a donor requires only a standard donation acknowledgment or receipt, they may contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As donations made to Sarvprani Seva Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions, they are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation has been made due to a genuine technical error, duplicate transaction or accidental payment, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Each request will be reviewed individually. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period. The Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline refund requests after verification.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Sarvprani Seva Foundation does not sell or deliver any physical products through this website. Accordingly, Shipping and Delivery is Not Applicable. All payments made through this website are charitable donations made in support of our animal welfare activities.
